The EASE initiative seeks to promote economic inclusion for women in vulnerable conditions.
It is a project to empower women in entrepreneurship to integrate them in the labor market through self-employment and the development of new businesses. In this sense, it aims to eliminate social, cultural and economic barriers like gender discrimination, racism, language, automation, and others.
|The initiative offers a tailor-made training program to women in disadvantaged conditions, such as:|
|• First-job seekers;|
|• Single mothers;|
|• Developing informal economy activities.|
|• A personal and entrepreneurial profile analysis;|
|• A person-centered and work-based training program;|
|• Holistic support through mentoring and coaching;|
|• Community and business engagement.|
|The EASE is a transnational initiative that takes part in six different countries, and it counts with seven partners:|

The EASE initiative aims to develop three outputs to incentivize and support women in entrepreneurial activities. These outputs (named as Intellectual Output) are:
The Assessment Tool for Entrepreneurs is a questionnaire developed to learn about the trainees' personal and professional backgrounds before initiating the EASE capacity-building program. The project target group was pre-established, but each trainee has different skills, knowledge, needs, and motivations. Therefore, the tool is crucial to build and analyze each entrepreneur profile, bringing a valuable contribution to creating a tailor-made training course within the EASE project.
IO2 & IO3
AA comprehensive training programme, using blended learning approach, learner-centred and problem-based teaching, aimed at supporting women developing their business idea. It contains e-learning modules, face-to-face sessions, mentoring support, business development tools, thematic workshops, and a fundraising seminar.
The EASE Women Entrepreneurship Manual provides methodology, contents, tools, and resources on how to support women in entrepreneurial activities. It derives from the piloting implementation of previous outputs, including four chapters:
